Initially, I started writing this blog to chronicle my marathon training and share my favorite recipes. In May 2010, I completed my first (and possibly last) marathon. I still enjoy running, but baking and cooking have been my main focus (and joy) of late.
Despite the obscene amounts of butter, sugar, and heavy cream in some of my recipes, I am studying to be a Registered Dietitian. Do as I say, not as I do, being my motto in the kitchen.
